Isabel Codrington, (1874- 1943)
Born in Devon, and studied at the Royal Academy Schools. Isabel was a painter and etcher and exhibited with the Royal Academy from 1894. Subsequently, she exhibited at the Paris Salon. Her first husband, Paul G.Konody (1872-1931, was an art critic. Her works are held by the Imperial War Museum, Manchester City Art Gallery, Ferens Art Gallery, Hull and several other provincial galleries.
