Robert Hope (1869 - 1936)
Robert Hope was a British painter who was born in 1869. Robert Hope has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the Royal Scottish Academy. Many works by the artist have been sold at auction, including ''The silken gown'' sold at Bonhams Edinburgh 'The Scottish Sale' in 2006 for $28,838. The artist died in 1936.
