 David Fulton, RSW (1848-1930) 

Fulton came from Glasgow and painted landscapes, angling scenes, interiors and figurative  subjects mainly in watercolour. Favourite watercolour subjects were sun-drenched landscapes with figures, generally children, beneath trees or beside rivers. He studied at the Glasgow School of Art and was elected into the RSW in 1890. Exhibited at the RA, RSA and RSW.
